By accessing or using the AIKINSEY Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
AIKINSEY provides an enterprise AI control plane, including model routing, policy enforcement, agent orchestration, audit logging, and governance capabilities. Services are provided under the terms of your Platform Subscription or engagement agreement.
AIKINSEY, AIA, ACMM, Intelligence Control Plane, and all associated trademarks are the property of AIKINSEY Inc. The Platform software, methodologies, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your data. AIKINSEY processes your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services. Data sovereignty and residency are governed by your deployment configuration and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Platform availability, support response times, and service credits are governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) applicable to your subscription tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIKINSEY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
